This waterproof and lightweight ghost is a part of a series – mix and match from five fun colors.  This one is printed white on black PVC.  He lifts his arms into the air giving him a dynamic shape that looks ghost-like even when tucked into foliage and mesh.  His gentle smile is welcoming, and he coordinates with the artwork on many of our ghost ribbons.
